Farmborough Preschool, an established early years provider with over 45 years of experience, offers a nurturing and stimulating space for children in the Banes area. Located within Farmborough Church Primary School since 2007, the preschool benefits from a purpose-built environment, which was enhanced by lottery grants and local company support for its playground.
The preschool is dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all children and families, focusing on a play-based learning approach that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and 'Birth to 5 Matters' curriculum. They welcome children from two years old and are committed to fostering an environment where children can play, learn, and grow together, gaining confidence and valuing their efforts.
As a registered charity, it is managed by a voluntary committee of parents who actively support the staff and contribute to fundraising efforts to secure additional resources and experiences, including various extracurricular activities like Yoga, Forest School, and Music Sessions.
