My two daughters attended this preschool. I have no complaints. The teachers are very kind and caring. My daughters were happy. I highly recommend it.
Read on GoogleAvoid.. my son was there for 10months if i could of pulled my child from this setting sooner i would have. They go through staff like a toddler does nappies. General management are non-existent. The pre-school room toilets are dirty and smell all the time, the whole building in general is very dirty and unkept. The so called tapestry app they use for daily updates, not once was a daily update uploaded. They have no interest in the children at all. There is the odd staff member that is ok but generally they talk to the kids like crap, very rude & dismissive. Not once did i get a piece of art work or something they had done. Walked in a few times to the kids plonked in front of a tablet watching cartoons. My car was damaged by another parents older kids in the car park and the nursery did nothing to identify the other parent that they belonged to. Several occassions i arrived to collect my child on very hot days and he was still in the jumper he had on in the cooler morning, bright red and overheating. Constantly using nappies id supplied for other kids and using different ones on my son that gave him a rash. Losing items and not compensating me for them. My child regularly came home with several bruises on his legs. Despite telling staff about it it kept happening. The progress my son was making at his original nursery with his learning drastically plummitted in the 10months at fingerprints. And the admin team..lol...they are not on site and cant do their job correctly. 7 times they "miscalculated" fees and funded hours charging me way too much. Would not recommend!!
Read on GoogleAfter moving back to Yorkshire with our child we needed child care and we decided to go with fingerprints...all the staff are absolutely amazing and are brilliantly with our son and the other children. We have no worries when we drop him off in a morning and get regular updates about him! The manager is hands on aswell which is always nice to see! The food they get is brilliant and always a good variety which as a chef is good for my peace of mind 🤣
Read on GoogleSuch a lovely nursery with lovely staff! My son is always excited to come to nursery and comes home happy after a day here.
Read on GoogleI highly recommend fingerprints, I've had both my son and daughter go here now. The staff are amazing with the kids, and they really get to know each child individually, and apprieciate and encourage each child's unique personality. Thankyou fingerprints from Jamie and Brooke's mum 👍
