My grandson had his last day here today and I can honestly say that these ladies and the staff have been amazing. My grandson started when he was one and now nearly 4. He has loved his time here and been very happy. The staff are so welcoming and lovely. I couldn't have asked for more, his learning has increased and he made great progress ready to move upto reception at his new school. We will truly miss all the wonderful people who have shared in this journey and touched our lives and hearts with your kindness. Thank-you all so very very much xxx

Communication is shocking, couldn’t even tell me the time of the home visit until i called the night before to get an answer since emails wasn’t responded to. My daughter was there for one week and come back with filthy clothes even though I’ve provided her spare items of clothing which they couldn’t be bothered to use and change her. She’s come out with leaking nappies. Updates on the app was poor and after you complain they edit it to cover their own backs and remove pictures to yet again cover their own backs. I asked for a refund as I’ve paid over the required amount and I keep getting brushed off yet again. My daughters last day she come home with a cut on her chin yet there was no incident report? So I decided to withdraw my daughter from attending if they can’t even be bothered to notice these things or inform me as a parent. They try to silence you and shut down all concerns you have as a parent. I’ve worked in nurseries myself and would never treat a parent the way I’ve been treated especially when you’re supposed to be caring for their child. Absolutely appalled by how they’ve handled things. Instead of coming up with solutions I just get brushed off as they only care about the money, they’ve proved this yet again by withholding money when we paid our month and an extra invoice and extra on top of that.

Our son has flourished since joining at 13 months old. He’s now nearly 4 and has come so far in his development. His nursery teachers have been imperative to this.
