Relationships between staff and children are wonderful, creating a secure, happy, and settled environment where children delight in their play. The curriculum includes a strong focus on outdoor play, recognising its benefits for fresh air and exercise, particularly for children who may not have access to outdoor space at home.
Communication and language development are outstanding, with staff using sign language and providing ample time for children to respond. Parents consistently appreciate the supportive, caring, and nurturing approach of the staff.

Inclusion & environment
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is outstanding. Staff are highly skilled at identifying and assessing children's needs. They put in place a very comprehensive range of strategies to help to support all children's learning and development. Partnership working is exemplary. Staff work very closely with a range of professionals from education and health who are involved with children in their care. They share relevant information, attend and hold meetings, help implement strategies and review children's progress. This helps to create a consistent approach to supporting children's learning.
Managers place a very strong focus on outdoor play. They recognise the benefits to children of fresh air and exercise, particularly for those children who do not have access to outdoor space at home.
