Greenside Care Club, located on the premises of Greenside Primary School in Pudsey, is a voluntary organisation managed by a parent committee. Established in 1997, it initially offered before- and after-school care, as well as holiday play schemes for children attending the local primary school.
In 2004, the club expanded its services to include nursery education for 3-4-year-olds, and subsequently extended its operating hours to provide comprehensive wraparound care for children aged 3-11 years. The facility operates from 7:30 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
It is divided into two primary rooms: one for children under eight (Preschool to Year 2) and another for children over eight (Year 3 to Year 6), each designed to offer a stimulating, age-appropriate environment. The dedicated staff are committed to delivering high-quality care and education, striving to meet individual needs through carefully planned activities and experiences.

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
their children receive great care, amazing early years education and form long lasting friendships
Inclusion & environment
The manager and staff have incredibly high aspirations for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The special educational needs coordinator is an excellent advocate for children with SEND. She works together with other professionals, such as speech therapists, to devise strategies and support. Children with SEND are fully included and make the best possible progress.
The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
