SEND provision

Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is well embedded. Staff monitor children's development closely to identify any gaps in learning, working in good partnerships with parents and professionals to maintain continuity. Additional funding is used wisely to benefit individual children, helping to close gaps quickly and support children with SEND to make good progress.

Outdoor space

Children excitedly explain the key rules of walking safely to the garden, holding hands and using their walking feet. Staff intend for children to practise their jumping skills outdoors.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Happy Jacks Nursery. Our little boy Joe has been going since September last year, when he was around 14 months old, and the care, warmth, and attention he receives is absolutely amazing. Every single day he’s excited to go in, and that really says everything. All the ladies there are absolutely brilliant, but a special shout-out has to go to Charlotte, Sally, and Suzanne, they are truly wonderful. So kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they really love what they do, and that care shines through in everything. Joe has grown so much in confidence and happiness since starting, and it’s such a comfort knowing he’s in such safe, loving hands. We’re beyond grateful for everything the team does and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Happy Jacks to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive nursery. Helen, Matt and Joe
