My daughter has been attending Hemsley House for the last 4.5 months. She throws her arms out for her teachers each morning and happily waves at me goodbye! She loves her days at nursery and all the staff take such great care of her! Thank you!

About this day nursery
Hemsley House Nursery School operates as part of the Storal family of nurseries, which prioritises transparent and flexible early years education. The admissions process is streamlined, beginning with an online registration of interest, followed by an invitation to visit the nursery.
Upon confirmation of a child's place, a registration fee and deposit are required. The nursery focuses on a smooth settling-in period for children, assigning a dedicated key person to each child to ensure individual needs are met and to support transitions through different stages of nursery life and ultimately to school.
Parents are kept informed of their child's daily activities, routines, and development through daily chats, learning journals, and parent evenings, fostering a strong partnership between home and nursery. The school also provides comprehensive support for families navigating early years funding, with an in-house team to guide them through eligibility criteria and the application process for various government childcare schemes.
This includes offering "stretched funding" over the entire year to ensure consistent monthly payments and flexible session times to accommodate diverse family schedules.
