I had my daughter in this nursery for about a year and a half. The staff seemed nice enough, the place had a good reputation but I found that more and more I was finding things I didn't like about the place. I decided to pull my child out of this nursery and put her in another because the last day I picked her up she was wet through (had an accident) and they had her outside, wet, while it was snowing and she was shivering. I wouldn't recommend this place. They are interested while you are there but not when you're gone. After I had left they gave me a £400 bill saying I didn't have the free hours because the email I provided wasn't correct, I told them I'd pay half and they agreed, if I owed £400 why would you agree to half? Be cautious if you go here!

Today is our son's last day at Holyrood as we are moving away. We are absolutely gutted that he has to leave as he adores all the staff who have taken the time to settle him in and get to know him. He has been so well looked after and we have felt so reassured leaving him in their care. Our little boy always eats everything he is given at nursery and the menus are nutritious with great variety. There is a great emphasis on outdoor play and the garden is deceptively big for all of the children to enjoy. We would recommend Holyrood to anybody, the staff care so much and go out of their way to organise lovely trips and events such as the Jubilee tea party. A big thanks to all of the team!

My child has been attending the setting for the last 3 months and I can’t thank the team enough for all they have done. Whilst arranging settling sessions, the management team were very flexible and made it very clear that the amount of settling sessions my little boy had was completely dependent upon him and I thought this was fab as not all nurseries take this approach. It’s clear to see that the nursery values each child and will do all they can to provide a happy and caring environment. My little one is always happy to see the ladies and has built such a lovely bond with everyone in the setting, especially the ladies on his floor and the management team. I can’t think of a better nursery to watch my little one grow in. Thanks ladies!

when I first viewed Holyrood prestwich I fell in love with it instantly. As I walked in it felt like a home from home and a familiar scent which took my mind back to when I was at nursery many years ago. My daughter attended from baby room 2 all the way through to preschool and even now as she is almost entering year 1 at school she still asks about certain key workers . my son loves nursery and when he goes he doesn't even turn around to say goodbye. management have a good rapport with parents and value all opinions. The outdoor space is fantastic and there is no where else I would like my child to be.

My son has recently joined the nursery and all the staff have been brilliant with him, particularly his two key workers. He has settled in really quickly and is very happy there. The outside space is an added bonus and is fantastic!
