They work closely with families, involving them in decisions and ensuring staff training to support individual children’s specific needs. Staff enlist the support of other professionals and provide tailored adaptations to help children make progress and enjoy learning, and they use additional funding thoughtfully to support individual needs.
Children have daily opportunities to be physically active outdoors in the fresh air. They enjoy challenging themselves and develop an understanding of how to stay healthy.
