Our family has been with this nursery since January 2021, and all three of my children have attended here. For me, this is a real testament not only to the quality of the teaching, but also to the genuine warmth, care and trust the team builds with both children and parents. One of my children needed extra support with speech, and the way the staff supported her was truly wonderful. They were patient, encouraging and consistent, and always kept me informed and reassured along the way. I could clearly see the time and effort they put into helping her grow in confidence and communication, and it made such a meaningful difference for our family. What has stood out most for me over the years is how approachable and supportive the team has been as parents. They have always taken the time to listen to our questions and concerns, especially around important milestones, and I have always felt genuinely heard and supported. This nursery has been a huge part of both my life and my children’s lives, and it feels incredibly emotional knowing that this chapter is coming to an end. It truly feels like the end of an era for our family. I absolutely love the team and will always be grateful for the care, kindness and dedication they have shown us. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

Lovely staff members, very caring who look after my kids well. My kids absolutely love going in to nursery. They have bonded very well with all staff members. Very good location within the park with plenty of ground space, enough for kids to run around and get fresh air. My eldest just graduated and left nursery feeling confident and ready for the next stage in her new school. Thank you to all staff members at kgems!

K Gems is truly an outstanding nursery — from the welcoming and stimulating environment to the fantastic outdoor space and, most importantly, the nurturing and dedicated staff. My eldest daughter has been attending K Gems since the baby room and is now thriving in the preschool room. Her growth and development over the years have been remarkable, thanks to the unwavering support of the staff and her wonderful key workers, who have shown genuine care and dedication throughout her journey. The team at K Gems are incredibly patient and take a genuine interest in every child’s learning and development across all areas. My second daughter is currently in the Toddler room and absolutely loves going to nursery. We’ve already seen great progress in her development, especially in her speech and articulation. I truly cannot fault this nursery and would wholeheartedly recommend K Gems to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and inspiring environment for their child.

We feel so lucky that both our children have attended the nursery since the age of one. Although they have very different personalities, each was given the opportunity to shine, build confidence, and develop their unique strengths. We would like to thank all of the staff especially Umar, Sophie, Fatima, and the management team. You won’t find a better nursery, with its fantastic facilities, fresh air, focus on outdoor play, preparation for school, and encouragement of social development. The variety and quality of care go beyond what we could even have provided at home. And the catering has been excellent as well!
