Excellent service and understanding from all the team at Kidaroo. They were amazing in setting my 1 year old in and understood my needs for small transitions and personalised care. Pinder was amazing in her approach to my little girl and understood that we will be returning soon when our little girl is a little older as I want to cherish those little years with her at the moment. A 5* service from all the staff and management. The baby room was well equipped, clean and friendly. The baby room manager was very efficient and kind too! I would definitely recommend Kidaroo to anyone!

My 2 year old started at Kidaroo a couple of weeks ago having had a childminder since she was a baby. The move to a new setting with all new children and staff was really hard on her and she was very upset in the mornings but the staff at Kidaroo were amazing with settling her in. Two weeks on, she is already running in to the nursery without a backward glance at me. They were fantastic at re-assuring me after an upsetting drop off and they updated Tapestry with pictures and messages showing that she was having a lovely time after being so upset in the morning. The nursery is really lovely with a home from home kind of feel in the baby and toddler room & the activities they set out for them every day are imaginative & exciting. I really look forward to the updates on Tapestry to see what exciting things my little adventurer has been getting up to today!

Both my son and daughter have been going to kidaroo since they were 1 years old. They absolutely love it. They update you on tapestry with photos of what they have been doing. Its also very secure and safe. It is connected to a primary school which is a bonus if you need breakfast club or after school club. The staff are all lovely and make sure the children are safe. Definitely recommend this Nursery
