I enrolled my son at Kiddi Caru Nursery in Walnut Tree, hoping for a positive start to his early education. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what I had anticipated. On his first day, I was disheartened to find my son left alone in a corner, visibly upset, while the manager in the baby room was seated at a table with a settled child. This lack of supervision was concerning. Additionally, there was no settling-in session offered, which is typically standard practice to help children adjust to a new environment. Due to the lack of attention and support, I felt compelled to remove my son after just 15 minutes. I also lost the £100 administration fee, which was non-refundable. While I understand that each nursery has its policies, I believe that the well-being and comfort of children should be a priority. I hope this feedback encourages the nursery to review its practices to ensure a more supportive environment for all children.
