How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are extremely well supported. Individual programmes of support are implemented on a daily basis. This means that children with SEND access the same curriculum as their peers and can fully participate in all of the nursery's routines and activities. Early years pupil premium funding is used strategically to support the needs of the children in this setting. For example, this year, funding is being used to provide training for all staff in child-appropriate sign language. This will help to support speech and language development for vulnerable children. The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with SEND.

Outdoor space

Children smile with joy as they play together, developing a range of physical skills as they roll down the hill and crawl through the tunnel. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact on children's learning.

Been taking my daughter here since the spring time they have really helped her she was a very shy quite girl who didn't interact well with other kids but now she's happy to go and play with any kids anywhere she is also a very fussy eater and kiddikins have bent over backward helping her trying new foods and even when she didn't like the food they went out there way to make her something that she did like. They honestly do treat your kids like there own can't reccomend them highly enough.

Cant thank the staff enough for all their support and helping my daughter grow. A child who was once really shy with other kids and was very picky with food has now completely opened up and experiments with new foods without getting too upset about it. All the staff are lovely and I always know she is in the safest hands when dropping her off.
