Parents comment on how they appreciate the care and support the leaders and staff offer.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders identify and support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They are proactive in ensuring that long wait times for additional services do not impact children, for example, by implementing speech strategies for children awaiting assessment. Staff also have opportunities to complete special educational needs training to widen their knowledge on how to support children with additional needs.

Outdoor space

Staff promote outside play and provide opportunities for physical development, with children developing coordination and balance using ride-on toys. Leaders are keen to develop outside play further by creating a forest school area to provide more opportunities for physical skill strengthening.
