Kids Academy provides high-quality, year-round childcare in Leeds for children aged 3 months to 5 years. With nurseries in both Adel and West Park, the academy focuses on creating a stimulating environment where children learn through play.
Both settings have received positive Ofsted ratings, with Adel being Outstanding and West Park rated Good. The nurseries operate Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6 pm, for 51 weeks of the year, closing only on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
They are committed to open communication with parents, offering daily updates and regular meetings to discuss each child's development. The curriculum is guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), incorporating a variety of planned activities both indoors and in dedicated outdoor play areas, including specialist dance and drama sessions.
The experienced team, largely qualified to Level 3 or above, includes managers with Early Years Professional Status, all dedicated to continuous professional development.

Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported well. The manager and the special educational needs coordinator work well with the local authority and external agencies, such as speech and language therapists. As a result, all children make good progress from their starting points.
Children spend time throughout the day being physically active in the well-resourced outdoor areas.

Kids Academy - West Park registered in 1997 and is situated in Leeds. The nursery employs 14 members of childcare staff, with 10 holding appropriate early years qualifications at level 3, two at level 6, and the manager holding early years professional status. The nursery opens from Monday to Friday, all year round, from 7.30am until 6pm and provides funded early education for two-, three- and four-year-old children.
