Kids nursery is the place where my special needs daughter stared her first interactions with the people she never met , the staff specially the nursery manger she was very welcoming and supportive, rest of the staff was also very lovely , polite and helpful . They helped our daughter to start her new phase of life of social interactions and accepting new people in her life before that she was very unsocial and never use to accept new faces .I can’t thank enough for their support. They are doing a good job but I’m sure there always be a room for doing much more for someone else …Thank You Kids Team

I have read some review by Inga ivaskevica and John Gillette who seems to have a little vendetta. All I can say is I think INGA may have misplaced her review and as for John who seems to have a bit of vendetta thank goodness care of a send child doesn't evolve around it . I have a send child and finding the right nursery was so important to me I went to many who looked at my son like he had three heads and where not able to meet his need refused him and made me feel completely ashamed for suggesting he attend a nursery I can not recommended kids enough I really can't in the two years my son has been there they have been lovingly supportive of my sons needs and mine . Every single member of staff is welcoming and supporting , the environment is spacious bright clean and hygienic . The care the children receive is phenomenal my son non verbal asd has taken steps forward in his life journey , there have been moment that have touched my heart The staff have supported in amd gone above amd beyond a nursery supporting me fighting for a send school for my son not allowing him to go mainstream amd offering an additional years in a supportive environment The staff are like an extension of the family in fact have been more supportive than my family always listening and being so supportive Yesterday my son graduated yesterday the hugs and love he got and the tears that were cried it's been such a journey I can't thank this nursery enough for being phenomenal. Words aren't enough thanks isn't enough They have been nothing short of amazing.

Very happy with my choice. My son has been with kids for over a year now and I couldn’t say anything bad about them. They are very supportive in all the ways, always keeping me updated with what’s going on, always listening to my concerns and always found it easy to talk to the staff about anything. My youngest one is already registered to start with them this year 😊

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.. literally no words can express how amazing this nursery has been. Beautiful setting lots of space for children to play, really really big outdoor play area, the staff are marvelous, the director is amazing. My son has Autism and usually I'll be terrified to leave him any other place but this nursery provides brilliant support to him from speech therapy activities to play therapy, sensory games etc. They keep me in the loop all the time and are very helpful at every stage of your kids development and progression into primary school. They really care for the children they have in so honesty. During covid19 they were very supportive, sent activity packs to parents homes and did check-in. Basically.. it's the best nursery I've come across. Highly recommended. My son is a happier boy because of them.

Not recommend to attend this nursery, has some senior stuff with stone faces and child doesn't want to attend it. Staff not listening parent's requests to change wet socks and shoes going out, not wearing jackets outside when you asking them. A child becomes often sick and for absence they charge you! Lost mittens and home spoons, dirty food flask and food containers leaving opened in the bag, causing absolutely messy bag like bin! Not provide warm meal and not heat even in microwave during lunch time, only in evenings when it's not needing as you pick up your child home. Very often a child gets accidents, they can't cope with children. On website mentioned as an advantage other languages speaking staff, but literally they haven't.
