I was so lucky to find Kids Inc Buckhurst Hill nursery when I did! My son joined the nursery when it first opened in September 2025 and I honestly could not be happier with my son’s care. The staff are so kind and caring, always have the time to tell me more about what my child has been up to during the day. I love having the Famly app to check on him during the day, sometimes I do forget to check for a while and it’s only because I can fully trust that my son is in safe and great hands! My son always has a great time and has settled in really well. The opening and closing times really work well to fit around work and not having to worry about any extra costs. I can’t thank the staff enough for such a positive experience!

was disappointed with my experience at Kids Inc Nursery. When I was researching nurseries for my son, I expected the two-year funding to cover at least three days per week. Unfortunately, the nursery was only able to offer one day, which is not practical for most families. In addition, I paid a £300 deposit in September, and as of mid-October, I have not yet received the refund. I have followed up but have not had this resolved, which has been quite frustrating. While I appreciate that nurseries have their own policies and capacity limits, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and the delay in processing the refund. I sincerely hope to receive my deposit back soon by this week.
