SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well. Staff provide access to a range of sensory learning experiences. The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) provides good support for children with SEND by closely observing children using a range of assessments to identify any gaps in development.

Outdoor space

Daily outdoor play and planned sports activities support children to move their bodies in a range of ways. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.

My son Adam has attended here since September and loves it. The staff are really lovely and the big garden is great place for him to play. A really good nursery very happy he attends and soon he will be ready to transition to his new primary school.

My daughter has been attending for a little while now, she loves it. The app they update with pics of what they're up to is brilliant. Gives peace of mind. It is safe, contrary to previous reviews. Yes the gate is unlocked but only when the kids are locked inside the building. If they are outside playing it is locked and is secured with intercom. I buzzed on to collect my daughter and the lady who answered, didn't know me. I was asked for my password and kept out until someone who knew me gave me access. I loved that this happened!! I feel she is safe and the staff actually care. The vast majority of staff have been there a long time, no fast turnaround which also says a lot.

My 15 months old daughter comes here, and she thoroughly loves it. She will come into nursery in a morning and go straight to the baby room staff who are always happy and bubbly. I am very happy with the care that she receives and would definitely recommend to others.

My son came to your nursery after a tough start at another place. He soon settled in to nursery life and he is well looked after and has made some great friends. I can't recommend poppy&Jack's nursery enough. They have helped turn my baby boy into a fun loving little man. Thanks ladies

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, caring and lively people. And the facility went from good to great. I am an overprotective mum but with them i feel comfortable leaving my son there where he has lots of fun and learns alot too. My youngest will be going there soon
