Staff are highly committed to providing the best support to children with SEND, offering comfort and reassurance to help them access learning effectively. Children with intolerances to some textures are provided with alternative foods to eat.
{"The setting utilises its outdoor grounds and a local park for physical games. Children engage in activities like filling jugs of water and riding bikes, which promotes confidence and learning through fun experiences."}
I called them, and they confirmed they had space for my 3-year-old. Over the phone, I explained that my son is nonverbal, and they assured me it was fine. They invited us to come in and have a look around. When we arrived, my son was excited and holding my hand, eager to start preschool. However, the staff’s energy immediately felt off once they saw us. Shortly after our visit, they called to inform me they suddenly had no available days, despite confirming there was space before we left the house. To check if they were being truthful, I had my best friend call and inquire about availability for her 3-year-old, who is verbal. To my disappointment, they magically had space for her child. Updated on Aug 2025 If Daniel below had a better experience that's good for him as I mentioned my experience is personal to me. No need to mention my review in yours. If they communicated with me better the rating would be higher. My son been going to a great preschool and they been amazing to him. The same way Kid planet has been great to Daniel kid. I’m just sharing my personal experience, save your time.
Read on GoogleI’ve just read the review below where someone has suggested that there child was discriminated due to their additional needs. I just want to say that our child who also has additional needs and attends this nursery has been included at the nursery, additional measures are in place to support her and the ladies in the room provide her with love and care and are nothing short of exceptional. Thank you team Brampton for everything you do!
Read on GoogleOur little one loves the nursery - he looks forward to going. They are very supportive staff and really down to earth. They understand that leaving your child is a very difficult thing to do. Cant complain at all. Top nursery. We are very impressed.
Read on GoogleSince taking over the branch at talke the nursery has gone down bank. My advice is only send your child here if you wish to be accused of harming them and want a police officer and social worker on your doorstep for a malicious allegation if you want to pull your child out. And to put on an application form a permission slip to allow a child to go into a car of one of the people working there in an emergency to me personally is not appropriate. The number is 999 and ask for an ambulance if the child is that ill that they need transporting fast. Although the talke branch knows this already and used it to contact the police about an allegation apparently made by my child. But when my child says something about a member of staff it gets brushed under the carpet even when she first says it to a GP. Will never send any of my children here again and will definitely not advise anyone I know to go here. Which is a shame since until it was taken over it was a superb nursery.
