My son has been attending this nursery since 11 months old. Absolutely loves it. Now he’s 21 month old and in the mornings he takes his backpack, waves everyone goodbye and is ready to go in! There are many activities in a day and he is learning something new every day. Would highly recommend it!
Read on GoogleWARNING! Please read before sending your child to this nursery! My daughter was pushed into two shelves by another child. This was completely unprovoked. My daughter made contact with the shelves on the back of her head and on the middle of her back and now she is scared of going into nursery. I felt it was important to let every prospective parent know that their child may also be affected both physically and emotionally from going to this nursery. I'm disappointed that the nursery management's response has been to downplay this incident and just said they have learning points to take from this. I wonder if current and prospective parents would agree that any measures put in place would protect their children and be happy to continue sending their children to this nursery if they saw the CCTV recording. (nursery staff said they jumped when they saw the push on the recording and said they would take their child out of nursery as well if it happened to their child) As a result of this, I took the day off from work unpaid at short notice. My daughter was due to leave the nursery in two weeks but we couldn't take her back as she kept saying she was "scared of nursery" Don't expect a refund from the nursery once payment and I doubt they'll pay an invoice covering my unpaid shift. Not only that.. We've been hounded for £10 because we requested a change of day (which we never used because my daughter was scared to go back!) Such a shame because she was really excited to attend her graduation there with the superhero outfit we bought specifically for her graduation. That's only a short term issue. As a parent, I'm now concerned about a potential anxiety that may develop either from starting school or any future attacks that my daughter may witness or even be involved with. As a result of this, I am having to take my daughter to extra curricular activities in an attempt to build her confidence. But that's alright, kids Allowed cheadle have their money. I regret moving my daughter from kids Allowed MFT South. It was the difference of 20 minutes per day to drop off and pick up my daughter but it would have been worth it!
Read on GoogleMy son has been here for around 2.5 years & I have no regrets - all the staff, from the reception, kitchen staff & daycare staff are great - as a parent you’re naturally apprehensive about leaving your child somewhere but he was looked after well the whole time at Kids Allowed. A great place & I would highly recommend.
