I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this nursery. On 2nd September, I submitted an application for my baby to start. I was told I would be contacted, but nobody got in touch. On 17th September, I applied again online and made the payment. On 22nd September, when I went to the nursery, a staff member gave me an email address and asked me to send the days I needed for my baby that week. I sent the email with all the information requested. However, when I came to drop off my baby, I was told he couldn’t stay. Staff claimed the email only referred to my older child’s after-school club, even though I had clearly listed the days for my baby. Later, they even said they had not seen any email from me. This situation has caused me stress, wasted time, and left me without childcare when I needed it most. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
