Norbreck Happy Days Nursery is such a lovely place for children. We placed our 3 month old with the very experienced and caring staff at Happy Days. At 9 months old now, he physically gets excited at arriving. Quality of care, environment and governance is excellent. Even the food is freshly cooked and balanced on site. My three older children attend breakfast, out of school and holiday club and they LOVE it! I would thoroughly recommend it!

My daughter has attended happy since she was 9 months old, firstly at poulton then Norbreck from 15 months... the staff are amazing always know exactly what she wants, needs and how to help her progress... they got to know her really quickly which is amazing as she is asthmatic and has on occasions needed emergency treatment. The staff always kept calm around her and dealt with any situation. The learning they provide is above and beyond and have helped my child immemsly... they are credit to themselves and the company for the love, passion, enthusiasm and care they provide.

We would like to thank all the staff for the care that William has received so far whilst attending Happy Days. William attended his previous nursery for almost 2 years and when we found out it was closing we were worried we wouldn’t find somewhere we loved as much. We also worried that he would find it hard settling in. The staff have been amazing since our initial phone call enquiring about a place for William, his settling in sessions were great and we were kept well informed of everything including the staff who will look after him, the curriculum, policies and how he is progressing. We know we have found the right nursery for William simply because he looks forward to going to nursery and he loves telling us all about his day when we pick him up. Thank you all so much, we feel at ease leaving him in your care. We appreciate the hard work you all do.

If you are looking for a good nursery I can definitely recommend this one. All the staff are wonderful. My grandson is thriving in their care. I have no worries leaving him with them as I know he is looked after and safe. They have lots of age appropriate activities to keep the children interested and happy. I would definitely recommend viewing the nursery and all its facilities.

My youngest daughter attends Norbreck Happy Days and if you're looking for a setting for your little one, read this! I am compelled to tell you that they go above and beyond to keep your child happy, thriving and safe. I have had detailed transition meetings,caring actions about her next steps and more recently, in the COVID-19 lockdown, they have been EXEMPLARY. The well-being and communication steps they have taken, particular in phasing my daughter back into their setting means I feel completely relieved in these unnerving times. Big shout out to Keeley, the Care officer! Our first port of call for anything, she is knowledgeable, professional and really, really KIND! Just what the world needs.
