Our child has been going to nursery since they were 6 months old and we couldn’t be happier with the support the girls provide them! It’s a great environment, helping them to thrive and grow.

My son has been going to Kidz Village for just over a year now and is very happy. The staff are friendly and he is very comfortable with them. He always comes home full of smiles. There is an app where I can track his day in terms of nappies, food, sleep etc which is nice.

We used Kidz Village for a short period and withdrew our son after we had concerns about his safety. He was returned to us on 2 occasions with injuries and staff could not account for how these had occurred. No paperwork was completed and staff seemed completely indifferent about this. He would also be returned to us with a snotty nose and got nappy rash for the first time under their care, and when he sustained a deep scratch under his eye and staff failed to note how this had occurred (3rd occasion of injury) we withdrew him from their nursery. We were also billed for days the nursery was closed and childcare was not provided, however rather than discuss this with us and explain why they felt it was reasonable to do this, they have completely failed to communicate (always promising to call us back but never did). We still have not had an explanation as to why they feel it is reasonable to charge us for childcare we did not receive and rather than fulfil their promise of having somebody call us back to discuss our concerns, they have instructed a debt collection agency for the sum. (To be clear we have paid all of our invoices for Kids Village however we did not pay for 2 days the nursery was closed and so our child was not in attendance). Serious safeguarding concerns, total lack of accountability, and very poor communication. Please choose somewhere else for your childcare.
