I did not personally witness the situation I’m referencing, but I was informed by a staff member who was deeply upset by how they were treated and has since chosen not to return. Hearing their account was extremely concerning. While I cannot verify every detail, any situation that leaves an educator feeling unsupported or disrespected should be taken seriously. Schools should foster environments of professionalism, equity, and respect for both staff and students. I sincerely hope school leadership conducts a thoughtful review of workplace culture and ensures that all staff members are treated with dignity. A healthy environment for educators directly impacts the well-being of the children they serve.

Our 4-month-old baby is looked after by Oznur and Susie, and we couldn’t be happier. They do an amazing job — so caring, patient, and attentive. It’s never easy leaving such a young baby, but they make it so much easier with their warmth and professionalism. We can really see how much they care, and our little one is always happy and relaxed with them. We feel very lucky to have them looking after our baby!

We couldn’t be happier with the care and support provided by Kinderzimmer. Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery each day, which gives us so much reassurance as parents. Since starting, we’ve seen such a huge development in her confidence, learning, and overall happiness. The team are incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. We really appreciate the regular updates throughout the day, as well as the weekly reports with photos—it’s so lovely to see what she’s been up to and how she’s progressing. Thank you so much for all your support—you’ve made such a positive difference to our family!

Our twins have been going to Kinderzimmer since they were 6 months old. We love every single staff member, and the twins absolutely adore their teachers Susie, Öz and Leah. As soon we enter the building in the morning, they’re all smiles! Not only do our girls enjoy their days at nursery, they also learn many new skills (such as sitting up, eating w cutlery, painting) and are taken on great adventures outside. We highly recommend Kinderzimmer South Ken 🥰

Our Son is fulltime Mon - Fri at Kinderzimmer South Kensington, and we are thrilled with the staff, the environment and how incredibly well he has developed there over the last year. I can’t speak highly enough of the leadership team there (Biljana - Head of Nursery and Lindsay as Deputy Head) - they are always looking for ways to get parents involved, learn and improve the nursery and I truly believe are genuinely invested in creating the best environment possible for all the kids there. There’s also a thoughtful mix of young teachers and older experienced ones in the rooms at all times. The staff all seem to genuinely get on well together and it seems like a family environment at times as staff and parents all get to know and chat with each other. I’m looking forward to watching our boy continue to develop and grow as he moves through pre-school next.
