Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Managers and staff work in close partnership with external professionals, such as with staff from the children's centre, schools and the local authority. This enables staff to support children effectively with their learning and development, securing positive outcomes for the children.

Outdoor space

Children particularly benefit from accessing activities that enable them to enhance their physical development. Children enjoy taking risks and use a climbing frame to play on the slide. Outside, they enjoy digging and watering plants. They particularly enjoy picking plants, as part of their 'planting to plate' initiative, where they grow different fruits and vegetables and then pick them.

My daughter has been at Kindred for almost three months after we moved her from another nursery when we relocated to the area. I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in her development and confidence. Her communication skills have come on wonderfully, and she has learned so many new words. Although I initially had concerns about staff turnover, the current team has been fantastic and clearly committed to meeting the children’s needs. When I asked for more regular updates and photos, they listened and made sure to keep me informed, even while managing staff shortages. I really appreciate the care and effort they put into supporting my daughter.

Since moving my son out of this nursery and into a new nursery, the change has been remarkable — he’s happier, more confident, and his development has come on leaps and bounds. Sadly, our experience at this nursery was very poor. The setting was badly managed and often disorganised, with staff who seemed disengaged and overstretched. There was a constant turnover of staff, and new people were regularly in the room without any introduction. Looking back, I can see that his time here actually halted his progression — something that became clear once he joined his new nursery and started thriving again. I only wish I’d made the decision to move him sooner.

Our little one has been at the nursery since the beginning of 2023 and we've always been happy with the level of support provided for our son as well as the responsiveness of the staff and nursery manager whenever we have any queries or questions relating to our child's day and routine. The staff have always been super helpful, friendly, and supportive during our son's journey at nursery especially when progressing to the next room and it's due to their care and attentiveness that he really enjoys his time there. Thank you, Kindred Hainault :)

Kindred Nursery has consistently exceeded my expectations in every way. My daughter is having an exceptional experience there. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always receptive and supportive with all enquiries. She looks forward to going each morning, and I've noticed significant improvements in her education. I highly recommend Kindred Nursery for its excellent environment and dedicated team.

My son has been attending since he was 1 starting in babies and hes now 3 in the Pre-School. The staff are lovely and the chef (my son’s favourite) offers such a great offer of food and variance. The indoor and outdoor play areas are great spaces and one of the best outdoor nursery spaces i have seen locally. My son loves going here and even after moving out of Hainault i still keep him there as he absolutely loves it and is happy at drop off. Highly recommend!
