Inclusion & environment
The fantastic garden space provides children with a range of rich experiences, including playing with superhero capes on while building in the sandpit, and growing different fruits and vegetables. Staff support this learning through carefully planned outings to food markets and allotments.
This nursery has been superb for our 3 year old for the last couple of years. I have seen her confidence, learning and social skills grow significantly through the excellent team of people at Orchards. There are regular updates on progress, daily through the Kindred site, face to face and by allowing parents in for activities and to share special days. There seems to be a great people focus at the nursery, my child runs into the nursery, so happy to go there, is always greeted with huge smiles and care that is obviously achieved through the culture created there. She always comes out happy and talks fondly and excitedly about what she's done that day. Very good variety of food that is nutritional but also helps our child to experience new flavours. Cannot recommend this place enough. It's the people that make it. The team are great.
Read on GoogleI can’t recommend Orchards enough. Our son started nursery a very shy little boy who would cling to us on drop off and get upset. Orchards couldn’t have done more to support both us and our son with the transition though. They tried different things to help him settle, sent us regular photos of him smiling and playing, and filled us with confidence on pick-ups telling us about all the things he’d been up to. He’s now been attending for a year and the difference in him is incredible. He gets excited to go to nursery and his development has come on leaps and bounds. We have complete trust in those who are looking after him and it’s clear to see how much they care for him. A fantastic nursery that has done wonders for our son.
Read on GoogleAbsolutely phenomenal, the staff here are like family. My son absolutely loves it and we've gotten to know the other parents through events they've organised. They also provide lots of great feedback on development and progress as our son grows which is a massive help. Can't recommend this nursery enough!
Read on GoogleFantastic nursery with lovely staff. Excellent communication with an app to keep you updated on your child’s day, including pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others looking for care for their child.
Read on GoogleStaff great with children that attend and their families but not a great place to work.
