30 am until 6 pm. This childcare setting welcomes children aged 0 to 11 years, providing a "Good" overall quality of education, as affirmed by their latest Ofsted inspection on 2nd November 2023.
Staff warmly welcome children, fostering a calm, nurturing, and safe environment where children develop confidence and secure attachments. The nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning; children spend extensive time in the well-resourced garden or on walks through the village to a local nature reserve.
These experiences are enhanced by staff who nurture children's natural curiosity and encourage active learning and manageable risk-taking, such as climbing and balancing in trees. The curriculum is securely embedded, supporting children's fine motor skill development and preparing them for school.
Staff effectively weave mathematics into daily learning, using words like "estimate" and encouraging counting, and model language well, taking every opportunity to speak with children and name objects, thereby fostering confident speakers. Strong relationships are built between staff and children, with an emphasis on respect, kindness, and modelling good behaviour.

Our little boy started here when he was 6 months, he is now 7 years old. The staff have always been attentive and offered a very high level of care. He has always had great home cooked meals and are they are sympathetic towards dietary fads. He has learnt so much while at King's Farm over the years. Highly recommend
