As a charitable organisation, it is managed by a voluntary committee comprising parents, staff, and community members, encouraging parental involvement in decision-making processes. Furthermore, the nursery integrates the "Development Matters" framework into its curriculum, focusing on prime areas such as communication and language, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional growth, alongside specific areas like literacy and mathematics. They also have eight specific curricular goals, from developing early writing skills to fostering friendships, aiming to equip children with essential skills before they move on to school.

The dedicated team of staff, led by an experienced manager and deputy, ensures high-quality childcare, with all staff holding relevant qualifications and undergoing regular safeguarding training.

The experienced and well-qualified staff team helps children to build strongly and consistently on their vocabulary and language skills through the sharply focused and well-planned curriculum. Children are very well behaved, feel safe and secure, and achieve high levels of independence.

Pricing & funding

Fees are structured by age band for children under two, two-year-olds, and three to four-year-olds, offering half day, full day, or hourly rates. Snacks are included in the fees, but hot meals incur an extra charge if packed lunches are not provided. A four-week retainer is required for booking.
