Last year, my son attended this preschool during the summer term. The teachers are excellent, and their communication with parents is very good. My child was very happy here. Despite it being his first time attending preschool, he really loved this school. We definitely recommend it. Due to the distance from our home, we were on the waiting list for another preschool, and we received an offer from there. Unfortunately, we couldn’t continue here this year. However, if you are considering sending your child to this preschool, I highly recommend it.

Good teachers but bad management. My son went here for just under a year and because of constant issues with the nursery we moved our child for his safety. The biggest issue was that we received a phone call to say our son chocked on some apple. They didn’t look into his mouth and when they put him over their leg and smacked him to get it out nothing came out. When asked what happened at nursery today he said he was told off. Nothing about choking. We did say to him else were told he choked on apple and they smacked him on the back to get it out. He said it didn’t happen. My son speaks very well and very clearly. There was also a lot of accident forms and too many times he had wet and soiled clothes where they said he didn’t make it to the toilet, at home and at our friends house(who also looked after my son2days a week) he didn’t have a single accident which makes me think they just weren’t paying attention. He didn’t want to go to nursery and was always very sad and didn’t want to talk when he was picked up. Since being with his new nursery he has not had anything. Not one accident, not one accident form and is always happy. There was one member of the management team in particular that my son really didn’t like and I believe she is a big issue with this nursery. She was not warm or comforting at all when interacting with the children. We asked for a meeting with her to discuss our concerns and during this she was very dismissive and had a lot of excuses. That my son was pretty much the issue. My son has now been with the new nursery for almost a year and we have no issues at all. It’s taken me a good while to write this but I have the new nursery a good amount of time to see if my son was in fact troubled but I can categorically say that after speaking with the members of staff at the new Nursery about some of the things that happened at the old nursery that my son is absolutely not the blame and that it is their practices And the lack of care for my child that failed him. I felt incredibly unsafe sending my child here and would absolutely not recommend it
