Little Giggles Ashton has a very good overall gated rating but my experience is somewhat less than that. Based on the care given to my 2 year old Grandson, I have found that the staff have very little time to attend to each individual child and that if you are hoping that your child will get the necessary care and support during potty training, look somewhere else.

My daughter started here in January 2024 she has come on so well and I am so proud that she got to experience little giggles as such lovely feel from all staff. She has grown so much in confidence and loved preschool.

My boy has been going to Little Giggles since he was 9 months old, he is now 18 months old and he is thriving at nursery. The staff are so caring and have an amazing relationship with my boy. The resources are fab and it's so reassuring to have him with people that really care and support his learning!

We moved our children from 1 nursery to Little Giggles and it was definitely the best choice. We told them when we went to have a look about our children's additional needs and as soon as they started they set up PCPs. They helped us get our children their EHCPs as well as helping us get our oldest into a specialist school. Our oldest loved it and our youngest (still there) does.

Used to be a really good nursery before the pandemic but lack of communication and management is appalling. I would avoid as I would hate for anyone to feel the way I have been made to feel over the years. Too many children too little staff and overpriced for what services they provide. Seems like you/your children are an inconvenience most of the time only interested about getting their money. I have moved my daughter into another local childcare setting nearby now. I have given you several chances to make up your mistakes in the past but latest stunt leaving my child at school after I had stated I wanted a pick-up is the last straw. You say no issues where raised in the past etc what a lie that is!! I have formally made complaints to you regarding safeguarding/neglect issues and I don't really think it's acceptable to send an email for termination of services and not call/text the parents also as a secondary option.I asked for proof of this 'email' you sent me but got no response from your staff so clearly this was not sent!! I have checked my emails several times to make sure and received nothing. Lie all you like on here..past 2 reviews are from staff members that work there!! Says it all.Just shows you pay no attention to the parents at all. I do not wish to discuss further I hope people can see through the absolute rubbish you are spouting. End of discussion!
