Inclusion & environment
Children love to get outside and explore each day, developing good physical skills with opportunities to balance and climb. They know the boundaries to follow when playing outdoors, taking appropriate risks and learning how to keep themselves safe.
My two grandsons have been attending Little Grubs Kindergarten for over a year and they have thrived. Jacqui and Fran are very approachable and helpful they have created a beautiful, caring and unique environment for the youngsters to learn in and develop both physically and emotionally. Being a small kindergarten the staff ratios are great and the children get lots of attention as a group and one on one. Both boys love going to Little Grubs. I've been introduced to some great waterproof clothing and (snappy) gloves, very important being in an outdoors setting. Having had children go to several mainstream nurseries over the years I have to say Little Grubs is by far the better environment and I feel very lucky to have my grandsons attend.

Read on GoogleLittle Grubs nurture the children in every way possible with expert care. Through their creative and exciting approaches to learning they deeply foster a lasting curiosity within the children. Both of my children have flourished there and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Every part of their environment is cultivated for the children to thrive- all of the food that they consume is local and organic, they are outside in all weathers experiencing nature and the changing seasons, their time in the school room is calm and purposeful with so much time to play freely. It is clear that Little Grubs is special from the relationships that develop. Jacqui and Fran are beyond a dream!! This is such an inspiring place to be and in my opinion an example of how early years education should be done. I count myself, and my children, incredibly lucky to have spent the last 2.5 years there.
