How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are identified quickly. Support is put in place with advice from external agencies and regular assessments help staff to plan next steps, ensuring children with SEND make good progress. The setting works in collaboration with schools and the local authority to make sure support will be available when children move on from the setting.

Outdoor space

Pre-school children excitedly collect rocks in the garden. They use compost from their food waste to grow their own food.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language are well supported. A large visual timetable at children's eye level and speaking in children's home languages help them to settle. High-quality interactions support language development, so children's English is always improving.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Little Hamza’s Nursery. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, caring, and professional, making our daughter feel safe and happy. The registration process was simple and digital, and the nursery app made it easy for us to follow her daily activities and progress. They always responded promptly to our calls and were very accommodating, even offering flexible sessions during holiday periods. We really appreciated how attentive they were to our daughter’s learning and developmental needs. When it was time for her to transition, everything was handled smoothly including a quick refund of our deposit. Overall, Little Hamza’s Nursery had been amazing, and we’d highly recommend them to any parents looking for a nurturing, supportive nursery in Manchester.

My little boy was at this school for almost two years. I knew I had put him in the right place because he would cry and be upset whenever there was no school! I loved the Montessori vibe at the school and I actually considered homeschooling him at one point but when I saw the school were engaging in the same activities that I would’ve been doing, I felt at ease knowing my baby would be happy here! The teachers helped him with his phonics such that when he started reception he was already ahead! Thank you to the team at little hamza nursery for looking after my baby so well

I was finding it difficult to keep my 5 year old daughter entertained during the summer holidays. I stumbled on this place and sent daughter to the summer school. She absolutely loved it from baking cakes to facepaints to drawing. She is not normally an early bird but was awake every morning eager to go. Thanks to all the staff at little hamza nursery for the great service.
