Inclusion & environment
Staff plan structured and targeted programmes to support children who are in receipt of additional funding and those children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They incorporate advice from external agencies, such as speech and language therapists, into activities, using clear language to help children narrow gaps in their learning and support their good progress.
Older children show excitement when they spend time outdoors, climbing on crates and jumping onto soft cushions, taking risks and challenging themselves. Two-year-old children illustrate good behaviour by waiting patiently beside tyres while others take their turn to walk along and jump off at the end of the outdoor area.
Wonderful nursery - can’t recommend it highly enough! My daughter has been so very well cared for - it’s like home from home for her. It’s an absolute delight to drop her off and pick her up, just to see how happy she is. The nursery is immaculately clean and the staff are all so welcoming and hard-working!
Read on GoogleI have two children who currently attend Little Learners (4 and 2) and they both love it! The staff are really friendly, very attentive to their needs, patient and always have lots of feedback to give us about what the kids have been up to, how they have been, any concerns etc. Both kids have come on really well in their interactions, speech, play, social skills etc since they have been attending. The inside and outside areas are full of toys and activities and tools to help them develop and play with things they are interested in. Staff always share development plans and are on hand to offer signposting or ideas if needed. It is a great place for my kids, the oldest will be sad when he leaves at the end of this term! We'll look forward to another couple of years with Little Learners with the youngest
