How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff quickly identify any gaps in children's development and plan activities to help children to catch up. Staff make good use of additional funding to provide activities that help and support children's individual needs. For example, a continually developing range of sensory resources provides children with opportunities to explore lights, sounds and find calmness when they need it.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy playing in the extensive nursery garden. Pre-school children eagerly go on a mathematical hunt to find paper plates with numbers written on them. Children say that they have looked up in the trees, behind play equipment and under bushes.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our twins have received at this nursery. They’ve been attending since they were just 9 months old, and from day one the staff have been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about the children as individuals, and the nurturing environment has really helped our twins grow in confidence, independence, and happiness. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. Seeing how excited our twins are to go in each day says it all. We’re so grateful for the support and love they’ve been given and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My little boy has just left Safari Hutton to start school. I don’t usually write reviews but I had too as the staff have been amazing. Katie and Layla are fantastic at what they do. They have such passion! My little boy would come home every day telling me all the amazing and creative things he has been doing. The children spend lots of time outside in the large garden and are introduced to all things forest school! They have prepared him so well for school- with phonics and numbers. He has come on so much in the last 6 months. His confidence is beaming. The daily updates via the app were prompt and detailed. He made such a bond with the staff and they truly care about the children in their care. I could not recommend this nursery enough! They could not do enough for me and my little boy. Thank you so much to Katie, Layla and all the team. We will miss you.

I would never recommend this nursery. As Ofsted have reported in February 2022, this nursery is inadequate and needs to be shut down.
