How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress from their starting points. Children with SEND have plans in place to support their progress. Representatives of external agencies regularly attend the setting to work in partnership to ensure that children who are at risk of delay have gaps in their knowledge narrowed.

Outdoor space

Managers have transformed the outdoor environment and, as a result, children have high-quality learning opportunities to learn about the world around them. They enjoy growing vegetables and herbs, which are used in their cooking, and they share the responsibility of looking after and feeding their pet ducks.

My son is thriving at Little People Hampton, he comes home with all sorts of stories and often tells us about things he has learnt. We get fantastic moments like when at supper he will suddenly say 'Did you know if you eat your green vegetables you will grow up healthy and strong' and we know that this has come from nursery and we feel so grateful to be on the same team! It is so lovely to see all the wonderful activities that the children get involved with and to witness the brilliant relationships they have with the fabulous staff. My child is particularly fond of Alexandra and Lisa, he often tells us about what they have taught him. In the early days Shannon and Kelly were key to getting him through any wobbly moments. He also tells us all about Sarah and what she cooks! They are all awesome.

Just the most lovely nursery! Our daughter is so happy here and we are chuffed with our choice and how well she is getting on. The staff are wonderful, the nursery itself is so well equipped and clean and we know our little one is in great hands. We actually chose this nursery over others which are much closer for several reasons including the amount of extra curricular activities they have (without extra charge like some other nurseries) such as ballet, music classes and languages! They also put on lovely events for mother's day / father's day, sports day and the Xmas play. Parents are really well informed and included.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Little People of Hampton. During her time there, our daughter made significant progress, both socially and academically, and she was always happy and excited to go to nursery. The teachers are amazing—caring, dedicated, and genuinely invested in each child's development. The administrative team was equally impressive, always responsive and ready to assist whenever we needed support. We are grateful for the positive and nurturing environment that Little People provided for our daughter and highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Lovely nursery with wonderful staff. Our little one loves it here and is developing well. The staff are so lovely and very inclusive and offer a wide variety of activities. Communication from the nursery is timely and effective (one of the many reasons we chose them!) we also feel very safe sending our little one here. Very happy with our choice!

Our daughter started in September and we are so happy and impressed with Little People Hampton! Our daughter has settled in so well, she is very happy to see the staff and her friends in the morning. The food choices are great at the nursery, our daughter has allergies that they adapt the food for but without her having to eat totally different food - so she won't feel left out in any way. We recently had a lovely Christmas concert, all the children dressed up and we sang Christmas songs. The perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit!
