This is hands down the best nursery I’ve taken my little boy to. Staff really care about the children and I’ve never had any issues at all. I don’t understand the negative reviews as I’ve never had any problems in the 3 years my little boy has been there. If I could think of one bad thing, it would be the behaviour of other children and I’ve had a few incidents of unprovoked injuries but that is not the nurseries fault at all, it’s the parents of the children. I get regular updates and my son comes home smiling every single day, couldn’t ask for a better setting for my little one!

My child has attended this nursery since he was 7 months. He leaves this September to go to school. We have always been happy with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and my child is always happy and extremely well cared for. We love the app that allowed us to see sleeps and milk and now what he's eaten and what he's been up to in the day. And love seeing the observations at the end of every month. Staff and management communication is brilliant.

Little pioneers nursery and pre school is a lovely nursery.the staff are all friendly and happy to help were ever possible.my little boy has been attending the nursery for about 9months now and he loves it, he is always smiling and happy when I collect him. The nursery staff also do some lovely activities with the children and send photos on the parent app so we can see what they have been up too .we also get up dates throughout the day on nappy change, snack times, sleep time and all meal times. We also receive assesment on how my son is progressing. The management team are lovely and always willing to help. The communication between parents and key person is good. The meals the children get are also good and they are adapted to the child in the in the way of allergies,or religious preference. The nursery is also in a good location as it's in walking distance to the town centre , bus stops and the train station.I would recommend this nursery to friends.

My son is a 2 and a half year old boy and was in little creators room. Everything seemed fine at first. But when I started potty training him. There became lots of issues around toileting. He just refused to use the potty at home and I couldn’t understand it. But once I went to pick him up from the nursery earlier than I normally do. when my mum went in to collect him. He was in a nappy with pants over the top of the nappy. When my mum said oh no you’re a big boy why are you in the nappy. The staff said that he was still in the nappy from his nap. Which was two hours before we arrived at the nursery. So as he was in pants he shouldn’t have been in a nappy at all after his nap. Suddenly it clicked. They have been putting him in a nappy in the day and so when I was potty training him at home he was confused. I also have had five injuries in one day. One bite. Which can’t be helped. A massive gouge out his head. Which you could argue couldn’t be helped. He also bumped his head. And then when I went to pick him up from the nursery I found a burn like mark on his wrist. Which no one knew how it happened. Now my concerns are that why was the staff not watching him. So when I questioned the staff they had no clue how it happened. I was concerned for the safety of my son as 5 injuries in one day is a lot and so unnecessary. So I tried to find out what had happened and they were absolutely useless with me. They wouldn’t explain what had happened. And when I questioned what they were going to do to keep him safe they completely ignored me. So when we had a meeting about it they fobbed me off with putting him on a behaviour chart. Now, my son also went to a different nursey and had no issues whatsoever there. There were far to many incidents without explaining what had happened. Constantly every day he went in there was a new injury. Or new incident. And the staff ignored my concerns. I wouldn’t send your child to this nursery if I was you.

We’ve been at this nursery for a little over a year now. The baby room is by far the best. But we’ve moved up to little creators recently and the experience has not been nice. They forget to apply his prescribed cream let alone wipe his snotty nose. At pick up handover is alarmingly poor as they don’t seem to know how his day went. I’m seriously thinking about moving my child elsewhere, especially now that the manager Leanne is transferring to another nursery. It’s such a shame because if they don’t improve or look after his needs it may mean changing his routine again and last thing I want is for him to bear the brunt of it.
