Children consistently arrive happy and eager to explore the welcoming environment, settling in well. They feel secure, readily seeking staff for comfort or help, and thoroughly enjoy the well-equipped playrooms.
The curriculum effectively blends adult-led and child-led play, ensuring all seven areas of learning are covered, which helps children to develop their thinking skills. Staff encourage communication and language skills, with pre-schoolers confidently discussing seasons during circle time.
The nursery provides ample opportunities for outdoor play, encouraging children to take age-appropriate risks, such as safely navigating wheeled toys, which helps them understand how to keep themselves safe. This approach also fosters independence, with children offered choices in play and encouraged to develop self-help skills during mealtimes.
