How they support every child
SEND provision
Children, including children with special education needs and/or disabilities, make good progress in their learning and development. Any gaps in children's development are quickly identified and support is put in place. This includes making swift referrals to the relevant professionals, such as speech and language therapy.
Outdoor space
Children adore finding bugs out in the nature garden. They are keen to play with the creatures they find. Staff teach children to be kind and caring towards living things. Staff help children learn to risk assess out in the garden as they create obstacle courses.

a massive thank you to my daughter's play school teachers at longoak. she was only 2 when she started at play school, she was shy and didn't want ,e to leave. two years later and she wakes up everyday asking "have I got play school today?" when I tell her yes she says "YAY! playschool" and gets so happy and excited, but gets sad when I tell her no she hasn't. she has achieved so much in her time at longoak. her writing, learning her alphabet, her shapes, painting, drawing and the list goes on..each and everyone of her teachers have helped me and her daddy to shape her into the best little girl. she's kind, thoughtful and caring. thank you for preparing her for the next stage in her little beautiful life. couldn't of asked for better teachers or a better inviroment for her to spend 3 full days a week with. from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your hard work and loving and friendly support with my little girl. will see you guys soon for child number 2 because there is no better place for my second child to start their school journey.
