M & S Nurseries, established in March 2010, is a family-operated childcare facility located in Halifax Upper Town Centre. The nursery provides care for children ranging from 8 weeks old up to school age.

It is a limited company and is officially registered with Ofsted. The nursery is managed by Michelle Cook, who also serves as the Emotional Health and Wellbeing and Safeguarding Manager, while Chloe Fenwick acts as the Deputy Manager, overseeing daily operations and all the rooms.

Toni McDanielson leads the Pre-School and is the SEND leader. M & S Nurseries strives to be a leading day nursery in the area by offering excellent service, recognising and nurturing each child's individual development, and safeguarding all children under their care.

The nursery aims to provide a warm, home-like atmosphere and prepare children for their future. They also pride themselves on having a dedicated team of 22 staff members, many of whom hold various qualifications and regularly complete new courses to stay updated on current issues, including First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding.
