Honestly this is such a lovely nursery with wonderful people working there. My son really enjoys his time there and has learnt so much. They are so caring and kind even though half of the teachers that work there are super young. I don’t want to name anyone but it’s truly a lovely nursery which I would recommend to anyone within the area. Thank you

Saddened to write this review but our family had a profoundly negative experience at Busy Bees North Finchley. There were a number of issues that I will not go into but I think the common denominator of them all was that the staff, especially the supervisors seemed to constantly want to find fault in us as parents. Countless interactions were riddled with a judgemental and sceptical tone that left us feeling inadequate and fearful to engage with them. Our child never really settled there but we’d put it down to attending nursery for the first time, always screaming at drop off. However we felt strongly we needed to find another arrangement for our child - the screaming entirely stopped at the new nursery within a coupe of weeks. Also Once we moved I spoke more freely with other parents about our experience and I was shocked to hear how many of them felt exactly the same. They felt judged and blamed for every little ‘mistake’ they did such as late pick ups and being called into the office and questioned about whether ‘things were ok at home?’. On the surface this kind of behaviour is masked as caring and that ‘the wellbeing of the child is their priority’ but all the parents is spoke to felt they were being emotionally bullied and manipulated - exactly as we felt. Most of them felt they had no other options and were afraid of retaliation to speak up. The only reason I am writing this public review is so that if other parents that feel this way read it, they can realise it’s not their fault.
