Staff use rigorous procedures for quickly identifying children's learning needs and provide timely interventions, such as addressing speech delays, social or behavioural difficulties, ensuring all children can engage successfully.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language develop well and learn to express themselves in English, with staff supporting communication in children's home languages when possible, promoting more effective communication.
