DO NOT send your children here. The nursery is poorly run by someone who is rude, shouts at the children and bullies staff. I removed my son from here with immediate effect after spending an afternoon there with him. The place is filthy, toys are all old and broken and from what I witnessed children are left to their own devices bar a few of the lovely ladies that work there that go above and beyond . The area that the manager feels acceptable to allow children to nap in I wouldn’t even out my dog there. I have since out my son in to a lovely playschool where he is thriving.

My child is practically non verbal with additional SEND needs and was verbally abused on one occasion I am aware of by management which was witnessed by other parents. Her key worker who she was thriving with was taken away from her due a disagreement we had with the manager and my daughter didn’t not continue to progress from there. The terrible Ofsted report also stated that a safeguarding incident with a child occurred at the hands of the manager and it was concealed and never reported. I had to take my daughter out immediately for her safety as no longer trusted the setting to put her welfare first. However some of the ladies who were there and worked directly with the children were amazing and kind and affectionate to my child when she needed regulation even tho many of us had witnessed them being treated so poorly as staff members. The SENCO there is also amazing she did her very best to get my child the support she needed during her time there. We wished she could have stayed but sadly the circumstances that occurred were just not safe.
