About this early years setting

Millie's House Nursery & Pre-School, established in 2012, operates seven nurseries throughout West and Southwest London, serving local communities by providing high-quality childcare and early education for children aged three months to five years. The Fulham Palace branch, open since August 2011, accommodates 53 children in a converted house with a spacious garden, designed for a homely atmosphere encouraging play, exploration, and growth.

This nursery has four dedicated rooms, each tailored to a specific age group, with practitioners following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to deliver a rich and balanced curriculum that fosters curiosity, independence, and confidence. Play is central to their approach, incorporating enabling environments, creative exploration, and messy play to help children discover new ideas and express themselves.

Outdoor learning is also a key component, aiming to develop physical skills, resilience, and an appreciation for nature. The team, led by an experienced manager and supported by a deputy, is committed to continuous professional development, with staff holding paediatric first aid and safeguarding qualifications.

Both of my daughters attended this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff are experienced, caring, and truly dedicated to the children's development and well-being. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcome and supported. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a loving and professional setting for their child. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you do!

Our daughter has been attending Millie's House Fulham Palace since September 2024 and we've always been very satisfied. The teachers and other members of staff are very friendly, treat the children with warmth and respect, and take great care of them. The management has been efficient and flexible with our needs since the beginning, which we greatly appreciate. The nursery provides freshly cooked food and a good variety of meals, so our daughter receives a well balanced nutrition, not just at home. Another thing worth mentioning is the number of children in the nursery. Being in very small groups allows the staff to care for each child individually. Finally, we value the space and environment of the nursery, especially the natural light and the outdoor area. Our daughter comes back home every day feeling happy and it's very reassuring to see how secure and confident she is when in the care of the nursery.

Our daughter has been at Millie’s Fulham Palace since 2022 and started when she was 4 months old. We've always been extremely happy with this nursery, where the staff is truly exceptional! Our daughter loves to come in every morning to see her friends and carers, we see her blossom day after day thanks to the team and we couldn’t be happier about that. There are lots of activities throughout the year to develop their skills: yoga, cooking, gardening. There is an outdoor space, which is great because they get to go out every day. I 200% recommend this nursery!

My son is been going to Millie’s House nursery since he was 10 months old. The nursery is a warm caring environment where the kids are taken care of focusing on their autonomy and independence. The kids diary is full with a number of amazing activities, such as yoga, gardening, and baking, amongst others (painting, crafting, cooking, dancing and listening of music). The staff is very caring, prepared and nice, always keen to help and offer their help/ insights/ suggestions. My son has made a lot of friends and loves to go to nursery has he has so much fun! We definitely recommend it.
