Amazing and deserving of the Ofsted "Outstanding" accreditation awarded in August 2022. Well-organised from setup (including abroad for us while pending an international relocation) through to settling and into day-to-day. From experience with my son, the instructions take the time to talk through what the children were up to on the day, often bringing home creative 'projects' and put effort into addressing their unique development needs, and then report back on what the class was up to and basic activities (Food, toilet) for your child each day, and then specific updates on your child's activities and progress every 2-3 days via an easy-to-use portal. Incredible communication via email as well as when there are issues (for example, we recieved a courtesy call when our child appeared to be getting a bit ill even before being sent home). The environment is great as well - connected indoor and outdoor areas so plenty of fresh air, and a really secure entrance area. Expertise-wise, worth looking at the background of the staff - many accreditations and professional training, and it was clear that they had active training and knowledge sharing across all staff (eg kept each other up to date about our child). They have an in-house chef who caters to specific diet needs and their ability to cater to specific special educational needs in a personalised way is fantastic as well.
