About this day nursery

The team consists of 10 staff members, including three qualified teachers, three with Level 3 qualifications, and one with a Level 2 qualification, ensuring a good adult-to-child ratio and a range of expertise. The dedicated team has created a stimulating and interesting environment tailored to children's developmental stages and interests, encouraging exploration and creative play.

Managers are highly dedicated, working closely with parents and external professionals to provide necessary support for all children to achieve their potential and parents are highly appreciative of the advice and support received. The nursery encourages children to be independent and confident, while also fostering positive behaviours and social skills through cooperative play and respectful interactions with staff and peers.

The setting also provides government-funded places, making quality childcare accessible to more families in the area.

Staff gain lots of information from parents and get to know children very well. New children and those that need additional support are sensitively helped on their arrival. They are happy and enjoy coming to the setting. Staff support children to tackle challenges and have a go, offering them lots of encouragement and praise, building children's confidence effectively. All children show positive attitudes to learning and developing their skills.
