My daughter joined N Blackheath in February and we are so happy with our choice of nursery. Right from the start the management team were helpful and welcoming, making sure as a family we settled into the nursery. The educators are warm and caring ensuring my daughter settled in well and was supported. The updates we receive are great and really reassuring in the early days. My daughter's key person has really taken the time to get to know her and shares great moments from her day both in person and over the app. I am so happy my daughter is happy and settled and can't thank the staff team enough.

I couldn’t be happier with NFamily Blackheath. The staff are incredible! They are so caring and attentive and they create a perfect mix of educational and fun activities.
My daughter has progressed so much since starting and I feel completely at ease leaving her there. She’s always happy to go in, which says it all.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at N family in Blackheath. From orientation, to settling in, to the daily updates, we have been very fortunate with a highly positive experience. The staff is warm, engaging, knowledgeable and most importantly our little one is happy. The app is fantastic in terms of staying connected with the staff and our little one. They track everything! There is a beautiful garden, as well as different activities daily. I could go on but it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone on the team for all you do xx

We moved to the area at the start of the year and had to change nurseries for our son, which felt like quite a big transition for all of us. The team were incredibly kind, supportive and caring throughout his settling in period - not just with him, but with us as well, which I really appreciated!
It's a new nursery and the facilities are lovely. The environment feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up for the children. I also really value the regular updates and photos during the day, which show what the children have been doing, along with details about meals, naps and activities.
There is a new outdoor play area which my son enjoys (especially the mud kitchen!), while it was under construction the team were brilliant about taking the children on outdoor trips and adventures, which our son absolutely loved.
Communication from the staff has been excellent and it's clear that they genuinely care about the children in their care. We've felt very reassured since starting here and are really pleased we chose this nursery.
