N family have been amazing! Our daughter settled into the Cove room so well when she was only 8 months old. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are spacious and they always have lots of fun activities planned and the food menu is really impressive. Jayde has been wonderful, our daughter is always so excited to see her every morning and we have lots of faith and confidence in her that our daughter is being taken care of.

We’ve been so lucky to have Jayde as our son’s key person since he was just 8 months old. She helped him settle in so quickly, and he’s really thrived in her care and with the support of the team. Jayde takes the time to understand him as an individual and works closely with us to support his feeding, sleeping, and settling needs. We especially love the personalised updates she shares on the app — they’re thoughtful and reassuring. We’d happily recommend Jayde and the nursery to any parent.

The staff at N Family are incredibly friendly and truly amazing. When my son first joined, he struggled with separation anxiety, but the care and support he received made such a difference. Since starting at 11 months old, I’ve seen incredible progress in him — his confidence and speech have come on so much, and I was honestly amazed. There were some room changes at the nursery which I was initially nervous about, as my son usually takes a long time to adjust. However, the staff handled the transition so beautifully that he settled in straight away. Now he can’t wait to get out the door in the morning to go to nursery, which says it all. I’m so grateful to N Family for everything they do for the children every day. They put so much care into supporting each child’s development while also making sure they’re happy, engaged, and having fun.

Amazing experience so far! Jayde has been an absolutely wonderful with Lina and all kids. She is always happy, kind, and incredibly helpful, and she provides regular daily updates about Lina’s activities and food, which gives us great reassurance. We really appreciate the photos she shares, as they help us feel connected to Lina’s day. Laura and the management team are also fantastic—professional, supportive, and clearly dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for the children.
