We couldn’t be happier with our decision to send our child to N Family Club Redhill. From day one, the staff have been warm, welcoming and genuinely caring — so much so that drop-offs and pick-ups often feel like we’re leaving (and collecting) our little one with friends rather than a nursery. The daily updates and photos via the app give us real peace of mind while we’re at work. Our child is thriving: we’ve seen noticeable growth in confidence and independence, from mastering cutlery at mealtimes to coming home excited about the art, baking and play sessions. The nursery offers a variety of enriching activities, and the indoor and outdoor spaces (including a wonderful garden, mud-kitchen and vegetable patch) are lovely and well-equipped. Nutrition and meals are also a strong point — the food is healthy, varied and clearly prepared with care, which makes mealtime smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, the communication from staff and management is always prompt and friendly, and we feel listened to as parents. Overall, N Family Club Redhill feels like a nurturing “home away from home.” If you want a supportive, high-quality setting where your child is treated with kindness, encouraged to learn and explore, and genuinely cared for — this nursery comes highly recommended. Thank you to the whole team for making our little one’s days happy and fulfilling!

My daughter started N family January 2024, and I couldn't be more happier with the choice I made, the nursery it a bit out the way for me as I am not local however it's worth it. The staff have been friendly and understanding from the beginning, it's an excellent nursery she has learnt a lot and her personality has blossomed! The N family app is brilliant as it gives me a peace of mind throughout the day while working to see what my little one is up to. N family ensures the activity's carried out are not only fun but has an educational element in them. Thank you to all the staff at N family!

We are very happy with N Family club, in so many ways.. The carers are all very nice and really do care about our daughter in a special way. She is very happy to go to nursery every day it is like a second family for her. They do all kinds of activities and share pictures with us so we can see what they do. They share how much they eat and in the past nappy changes etc. They also cook amazing food!! They also have extra activities like yoga and Spanish and we are Spanish speaking parents so we are also very happy about that. Now and then there are events to attend like last weekend there was an autumn party which was really nice to go to. They dressed up and decorated the nursery, organised food, activities, crafts, music... We had a great time. Also something we enjoy every morning is a coffee and a freshly baked croissant from the breakfast bar to go when you drop off your little one in the morning.. All in all we just love it and our daughter too!

My daughter started N Family Club in September and she absolutely loves it. She comes home happy everyday and has become much more confident since she has joined. All of the staff are so lovely and take care of my daughter so well. I couldn’t fault this nursery in anyway and have nothing but positive feedback.

My son has been attending for 9 months and I can't recommend this nursery enough. The staff are lovely and caring, he gets fed a diverse array of meals and snacks, they keep him entertained with lots of different activities, send me regular photos and updates, and his core team have really taken the time to get to know him. I feel confident every time I drop him off, even if sometimes he has a little wobble, as I know the ladies will soothe him and give him a great day. His development has definitely been enhanced by his experience at N Family Club and I'm so grateful for that
