We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery. Our eldest daughter joined in August 2024 and has thrived thanks to the warmth, patience and genuine care of the team, especially through important milestones like potty training. Our younger daughter has also settled in beautifully and is so happy there. It’s clear the staff truly care about each child and create a safe, nurturing and joyful environment. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done for our daughters.

I was interested in sending my daughter to this nursery as it is close by and I saw the reviews were good. I was also shown around by Michaela and was impressed with the different themes and learning through play activities available to the children. I was told the nursery will get back to me, I filled out the registration form and ensured they had all that they needed. This was December 2025. It is now mid feb, and I have called the nursery up several times and I have had no call back as to how long the wait will be/ if my daughter will have a start date soon etc communication is vital in such situations and as a busy mum who wants the best start to her child’s nursery journey, chasing a nursery for an update is not a great impression. Not happy at all. I have enrolled my daughter to a nursery abit further out but is wonderful and the communication between parent and key workers is great

I would like to say how truly grateful I am for the wonderful work all the staff do at the nursery. It is not an easy job looking after so many young children each day, yet the team consistently show patience, care and dedication. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and it is very much appreciated by us as parents. This is now my second child attending this setting, and that in itself speaks volumes. I would never have chosen to send him here if I hadn’t been happy with the care, support and experience my daughter received during her time at the nursery. The positive experience we had previously gave me complete confidence in returning. I understand that everyone’s experiences are different, but mine has nevertheless been great. The nursery provides a variety of enrichment activities, which I happily pay for, and my child genuinely enjoys taking part in them. It’s lovely to see how engaged and excited they are, and it’s clear these activities support their development and learning in a fun and stimulating way. I also really value the nutritious meals provided throughout the day, ensuring the children are well fed and nourished. It gives great peace of mind knowing they are eating balanced meals in a caring environment. If you’re a Muslim family you would be happy to know that the food served is Halal. Finally, I want to commend the nursery for the app they use. The regular updates about meals, sleep times, and even toilet movements are incredibly informative and reassuring. As a parent, especially one who naturally worries, these updates provide real comfort and help me feel connected to my child’s day. Overall, we are very thankful for the care, communication and commitment shown by the entire team. From the parents of the child that says bye-bye, gorgeous to Miss Liza at the gate when going home. 🥰

My son has been attending this branch for over a year, and we are very grateful for the patient and caring support he received during his settling-in period. The staff are experienced and professional, and he has developed many skills over the past 12 months. The team are always communicative and helpful. Most importantly, he comes home happy and enjoys talking about his day.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since January and I’m so happy I found a great nursery in the area as nurseries are so hard to find. So grateful for all the staff who assisted in all my needs. My daughter is currently doing ballet in the nursery and I think it’s amazing that they have all these extra activities that most nurseries don’t do. Thank you nursery team for all the support you’ve provided us. Many thanks Mel & Tom
