I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible care and support my daughter, Natalia Andrea, has received since she joined the nursery in April 2024. From the very beginning, Natalia has been extremely happy and settled. It has been a joy for me to see how much she has developed during her time with you—particularly in her communication, confidence, and social skills. She is now much more talkative and expressive, and she regularly comes home telling me about her day at nursery. She often speaks very fondly of her teachers, Cariss and Linsey, and says how well they look after her. She truly enjoys being around them, and it’s clear she feels safe, supported, and cared for. In fact, she tells me almost every day, “Mommy, one day I will miss nursery,” which is so touching and shows how connected she has become. I am very proud of her progress, and I truly believe we made the best decision by choosing your nursery. Because of the wonderful experience we’ve had, I also plan to enrol my second daughter when the time comes, and I will definitely recommend your nursery to other parents without hesitation. Thank you again to the entire team for the love, care, and dedication you show every day. You are making such a positive difference in the lives of the children and families you support.
